Bilby Dental is a provider for the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS), a Medicare program that provides up to $1,026 in dental benefits over two consecutive calendar years for eligible children aged 0–17. Benefits cover a range of services including checkups, X-rays, cleans, fillings, and extractions. We can check your child’s eligibility at your visit.
We understand that some children feel nervous about dental visits. We offer happy gas (nitrous oxide sedation) to help anxious children relax during treatment. Happy gas is safe, effective, and wears off quickly — your child will be back to their normal self within minutes of the gas being removed.
As a preferred provider for Medibank, TUH, NIB and CBHS, families with these health funds often pay little to nothing for their children’s preventive dental care. We accept all other major health funds as well.
