What does a dental prosthetist do?
A dental prosthetist is a registered practitioner who specialises specifically in dentures — making them, fitting them, adjusting them and repairing them. Having Peter on site means the fine adjustments happen with you in the chair rather than by post.
My old dentures have gone loose. Can they be fixed?
Usually, yes. Jaws change shape over the years, and a reline or repair is often enough to get a comfortable fit back without starting again. Bring them in and Peter will take a look. See our dentures page for more.
